1.  Assess your role within the cohort?  Did you choose this role or was this role ascribed to you?  Explain. I think my role in this cohort is the happy one. I always try to have a positive attitude about stressful situations. Laughter helps take stress away from my life and I hope others as well.

2.  Describe your leadership qualities. I feel that my leadership qualities come from my positive attitude and vocal opinions about subjects I feel strongly about. I do not always take the leadership within the whole cohort. I do however become more vocal about my opinion and my ideas in smaller groups or one on one situation.

3.  Assess what leadership roles you have and haven't taken within the cohort.  Why did you make the choices you did to lead or not lead?  I feel that I hold up my part of the assignments. I normally volunteer to help a group or an upcoming project. Sometimes I think it is better to let others who want to lead do so.

4.  Assess the possibilities for leadership in the cohort environment; how will you choose to respond to these possibilities?  What risks are there? If I need or I see fit for me to be the main leader in the group I will. I don’t think there are any risk involved because if someone did not like my ideas, I would want to here there suggestions.
