Objective #7 Evidence Based Practice and Research

     Apply appropriate strategies for analyzing, formulating, influencing, and advocating for desired changes at all levels of government, and demonstrate a commitment to the principles of social and economic justice.

Rationale:

         I chose to use my processes recording from my junior year and my process recording from my senior year which has comments on it from my field instructor. I feel that it demonstrates the effectiveness of evidence-based interventions, generalist practice activities and client situations in the context of political and social policy by applying both quantitative and qualitative evaluation and effective writing skills to a variety of practice settings. Through research I received information about how mental illness affects people, which will assist me in my journey as a professional social worker in the mental health profession.
