I chose to put my literature review and my field learning agreement in my e-portfolio because I feel that these papers synthesize and integrate varied sources to inform decisions and create solutions and appropriate problem-solving strategies congruent with the social work knowledge base. This paper was completed my junior in the Social Work BSW program at UTC. I feel that this is the best paper to portray the appropriate objectives stated. 

I learned a lot from my literature review paper, because I had to do research on peer reviewed articles on the topic of my choice. I chose Down syndrome as my topic because I wanted to learn more about the disorder and how it affects individuals and families. I feel that doing this paper it gave me a better understanding of appropriate problem-solving strategies congruent with the social work knowledge base. This assignment has improved my problem- solving skills and made me aware of how to approach some situations. I put my field learning agreement in the paper because I created situations that I wanted to apply appropriate problem-solving skills.
