Rationale:
I chose to put my Impact paper in my e-portfolio because I feel it demonstrates professional behavior congruent with the social work Code of Ethics, and applies strategies to effectively identify, address, and resolve ethical conflicts in professional practice. This paper was completed my senior year, during my field seminar class, in the Social Work BSW program at UTC. I feel that this is the best paper to portray the appropriate objectives stated. I enjoyed writing my impact paper because it made me analyze myself and think about my personal values.
